VALENTINE CARD WITH POP OUT PANELS and Punch Craft!

 

Today's card is a Valentine but you can most definitely adapt the idea for any card you want to make :)

I used a few punches which I have had for a while, to make the little bears, funky little glasses and balloon etc. These are simple shapes and could also be die cut if you have a machine, or hand cut, if not.
