Mother's Day

I've managed to get a couple of hours off work this morning.....doesn't happen often when you're self employed! I've been very busy clearing out cupboards etc but thought it was time for a break!

This is the card I made for my Mother for Mother's Day and I know she loves anything with flowers on it. Just to be a little different this time I made a box card and I'm really pleased with how it turned out.

The image is HAWTHORN BLOSSOM which is another of my latest drawings and is available from A Passion for Stamps. I decoupaged a couple of the flowers and added a little glitter as well but then decided to keep the card uncluttered to try and achieve an "elegant" look....

The challenges this time are

I love Promarkers.... go dotty!
Pals Paper Arts ...embossing (the corner die cuts are embossed)
Colour Create.. pastels
Creative Inspirations ... no squares
Papertake  ... it's a mom thing
Crafty Catz... pearls and swirls (on corner die cuts)
Passion for Promarkers ... in the garden

  20. I love the simplicity of your card... so elegant. What did you use for the corner die cuts? Or is it a punch? What is the name. Thanks.
