Hugs!!
Seeing as Valentine's Day is getting closer I thought I'd make a card for my husband using one of my new drawings. It's called "Hugs" and is available as a digi image from A Passion for Stamps. I had bought some pink paper with hearts on at a Craft Fair in Belfast a while ago and haven't really used it much so I've given it an airing here. The border was made with a Dovecraft heart punch ,the butterfly is XCut.the main diecut is a Nellie Snellen and the leaves and heart are Woodware.

Together..
It's been a while since I got a card made for one reason or another but I've been very busy. I've enjoyed putting this one together but I thought I'd never get it finished..I just added a little bit each time I had a few spare moments.
I've used my own digi Puppies in Basket and coloured it with Promarkers. Then I got a bit carried away adding various flowers, leaves, punches etc.

Crafty Calendar Challenge New Beginnings
Good morning!
This is my DT card for Crafty Calendar Challenge which, quite appropiately has the theme of "new beginnings". I've used another of my own drawings..Baby Booties which you can find on my other blog A Passion for Stamps. The image is quite simple and delicate and I've added lots of texture in the form of embossing, die cuts, flowers, leaves and glitter.
Again I've used gingham paper - one of my favourites for baby cards!
This month's challenge is being sponsored by Janet of Pink Gem Designs. She has a great collection of super cute images which look fantastic on all sorts of cards!
Bye, Ruth :)

Marianne Creatables Dies!
Just having a play with some of my new Christmas things and I LOVE these new dies.
I've cut two bird images and used the black one to emphasize the white one before mounting it onto green fabric.
I've also added their new corner die cuts too.
Now to enter their challenge....

Marianne Dies...... Happy New Year
Special Delivery!!
Happy New Year to one and all!!
I hope you had a lovely Christmas and got lots of great new crafty things!
I got a Marianne die and new Cuttlebug folder as a prize from the Craft Barn for my card on Tuesday Taggers just before Christmas, then I got lots of lovely stash from my family before treating myself to some super dies in the Sizzix Sale so now it takes me even longer to make a card because I have so much stuff to rummage through lol!!
Anyhow, the card I'm showing today is my Guest DT card for Tuesday Taggers where the theme this week is "New Beginnings".
I've been on a "go slow" over the Christmas period for one reason and another but this card shows one of my new drawings as a digi image. It's called Special Delivery....I wonder why?
I love using gingham for baby cards and I coloured the image with Powder Blue,Ice Grey3,Vanilla,Blush and Pastel lemon Promarkers.
I've done faux stitching around the edges of the paper and image because I like this look with the gingham.
Hope you like it too!
