This cute little fairy is from the new Story Telling Collection from Spellbinders. This full collection is perfect both for scrapbooking and card making.
I added the fairy on a brad so that she moves from side to side sprinkling fairy dust (shaker card) as she moves her wand. You can see how to make this and a matching tag in my video here
