Making up and decorating a wooden Christmas house

This is one of a set of beautiful little houses which can be made up and decorated in any style you like. As it's November I thought I'd decorate this one as a little Christmas house.  The finished house measures 19.5 cm tall by 23cm wide.

 You will need;
3D Wood Puzzle House (43.1F3010.119)
PVA glue
Plaid Folk Art Chalk Paint - Tuscan Red for roof and Imperial for doors
Plaid Folk Art Acrylic Paint - Wicker White, Country Twill
Plaid Folk Art Extreme Glitter
Plaid Folk Art Painted Finishes - Concrete and Moss
Trimcraft First Edition Garland dies - FEDIE189X17
Simply Creative 3mm red gems and 3mm sliver pearls
3D Snow Effect
vellum

22. I removed the pieces marked with a star from the board (B) with a craft knife, painted them red and glued into the door openings, adding silver pearls as door knobs.

To decorate the house I painted the outside with acrylic paint, then painted the roof with Tuscan Red Chalk Paint. I used Concrete Painted Finishes around the outside base and ramp at the front door, added touches of both light and dark Moss Painted Finish randomly over the house and added lots of 3D Snow Effect with Extreme Glitter on top. I cut pieces of vellum and glued onto the inside of each window. Finally I added die cut garlands around the windows and added red gems on top.
