Spring has sprung and I grabbed some cookie cutters to celebrate. Most of what I've made can't technically be called sandwiches but I'm sure you'll let me away with it as I couldn't find another suitable name :)
I got some cutters in Home Bargains and Poundland and just got creative with fillings and toppings. The 3 cornered leek, parsley (curly leaf and flat leaf) and violas grow in our garden and I can't wait until more of my "garnishes" come into flower :)
