For Lori....with Tonic layering dies (Scallop circles and squares)

This is the card I made for my gorgeous new little great niece, Lori, who was born last Monday.

I hand cut a simple dress shape and covered it with gingham paper. I've used the Tonic Studios Dotty Border punch for the frills, a die from the scalloped circles set for the collar, two scalloped squares for the pockets and 2 hearts from the Love Arch square dies in the centre.
